Welcome to University of Colorado Boulder Youth Protection Hub
91´«Ã½ is committed to promoting and protecting the safety and well-being of youth who participate in programs and activities both on and off campus. Members of the university community who interact with youth in any official capacity are expected to foster and maintain an appropriate and secure environment for youth.
To support the protection of youth, the university has created the Youth Protection policy that outlines what is required of university employees, students, and volunteers who engage in programs or activities involving youth.
Per the Youth Protection Policy, all Youth Programs at 91´«Ã½ must register and obtain approval from the Office of Compliance, Ethics and Policy. You can find more information on how to register your program here.
University Employees and all Youth Program Staff must follow all reporting requirements outlined in the Youth Protection Policy, Local, State, and Federal. University employees who are mandatory reporters under Colorado law (see C.R.S. § 19-3-301) must report pursuant to the provisions in that law.
Head here to find a library of our Youth Protection 91´«Ã½ and Guidelines. This is helpful for new and existing Youth Programs, as well as the broader University Community.
Please use this form if you would like to be added to the 91´«Ã½ Youth Program Mailing List.
