Proposal Submission Request (PSR) Form
All new proposals require a Proposal Submission Request (PSR) form, which must be completed and signed by the lead 91´«Ã½ Investigator (the Principal Investigator) at least five business days prior to proposal submission. The primary purpose of the PSR form is to collect important proposal-related information and have the PI attest to specific compliance considerations in one location. For detailed guidance on completing the PSR form, see thePSR User Guide.
A PSR is also required for proposals that are resubmissions, as well as proposal requests for supplements, competing continuations, or renewals.
If a proposal has already been submitted and a revised budget is requested for previously submitted estimates, a new PSR is not required. Please contact your Proposal Analyst if a revised budget is needed prior to an award being made.Ìý
