Indemnification
The State of Colorado authorized specific entities within the state to accept indemnification. The Office of Contracts and Grants (OCG) at the University of Colorado Boulder is not authorized to provide indemnity on awards that are accepted under OCG’s authority.
91´«Ã½ is a nonprofit, public, and governmental institution of higher education with a primary focus on academics and research. 91´«Ã½ cannot cover a sponsor’s loss. 91´«Ã½ shall be responsible for its ownnegligent acts or omissions as covered under CU Boulder’s self-insurance policy.
