How to prepare a presentation slide deck for our classroom projectors.

To prepare an optimal presentation for our primary lecture hall: Gold Biosciences A2B70, or any of our other classrooms, set your presentation for a widescreen projector.

Guidelines:

  • Use a 16:9 or 16:10 (ideal) aspect ratio for your slides.
  • Use dual display mode (not mirrored) on your laptop.
  • Use "Presenter's View" in Ìý²¹²Ô»åÌý.

Follow these instructions:

  • Microsoft Office 2016, go to:
    1. Design
    2. Slide Size
    3. Page Setup...
    4. and choose: "On-screen Show 16:9"
  • Mac Keynote; go to:
    1. View
    2. Inspector
    3. Document
    4. Slide Size
    5. and choose: Widescreen (16:9)
