The state Supreme Court heard oral arguments in an El Paso County case where a judge denied a woman鈥檚 use of medical marijuana while on probation for DUI. Professor Richard Collins said he believes the case went to the Supreme Court because a poor person would not be able to afford to hire a doctor to testify while someone of means could do it.
